7. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours, as stated on the website or during checkout.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, weather, strikes, customs processes, or other unforeseen events.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We cannot be held responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by you.

8. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Consumers in the UK generally have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

At My Pickleball Shop, we go further: you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused paddle in its original condition for a full refund. Every paddle also comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and delamination, not normal wear and tear from regular play. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Returned products should generally be:

Unused and in resalable condition.
Returned with original packaging where reasonably possible.
Complete with any accessories supplied with the product.

Certain products may be excluded from cancellation where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
