How long does UK delivery take?
Most orders of pickleball equipment are dispatched within 24 hours and arrive within 2-3 working days across the UK. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
How do I know which paddle is right for me?
Start with our Beginner, Intermediate, and Pro pickleball paddles based on how long you've been playing. Still unsure? Check our buying guide or message us directly; we're happy to point you in the right direction.
Are your products genuine and authorised?
Yes. Every RYFT, VYRO, and KYNX paddle is designed and manufactured in-house by MPS, so what you receive is exactly what we built, no resellers, no middlemen, just our own paddles made to our own spec. Read our [Brand Story] to see how they're made.
What's your returns policy?
You have 30 days to return any unused paddle in its original condition for a full refund. If something arrives faulty, we'll replace it, no questions asked. Every paddle also comes with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects and delamination, not normal wear and tear from regular play.
Do you ship outside the UK?
